We are here to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and are ready to assist you in making the most of your vacation experience.
Once on site you will notice the ICARE badges worn by our staff. The ICARE program (Intentionally Choosing to find Amicable solutions to guests, needs with Respect and Empathy) represents our mission to make sure all of your needs are met during your stay. Each and every one of our staff members is empowered to help you at any time.
Please don’t be shy, just ask. And feel free to stop by the Concierge Desk from 7:30am – 11:00pm daily to let us know how we can assist with any questions, concerns or suggestions you may have.
To help guide you around our 40 acre lush tropical facility and familiarize you with the resort’s amenities, please join us for Guest Orientation, offered each morning at 9:00 a.m. at the Concierge Desk in the courtyard, adjacent to the lobby.
Our in-room directory may also be of assistance in providing details of the resort’s extensive amenities and is available on channel 40 of your in-room TV.
