Gym & Exercise Classes

The Jolly Beach Resort & Spa Gym is outfitted with everything you need for a challenging workout. There is a circuit of professional Cybex equipment, free weights and adjustable benches for your training regiment and treadmills, stationary and recumbent bikes, and stair steppers for cardio.

Our Certified Fitness Instructor can guide you throughout your workout and also leads a schedule of invigorating aerobics and step aerobics classes.

Tennis

Four tennis courts, for both day and night play, to tune up your game.
Enjoy a casual match with friends or play on our weekly singles and doubles tournaments.

Our Tennis Pro offers lessons and clinics for a small surcharge if you need some work on your serve. Equipment is available from the clubhouse for a small rental fee.

Basketball and Cricket

That’s right, two full-size basketball courts and a cricket field.
