We advise all our website users to read and understand our terms and conditions carefully before finalizing your bookings. Once you have made any booking with the Resort, or conferences, you accept and agree with all terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions are all standard to the industry.
Online Bookings
Bookings on Jolly Beach Resort & Spa’s website are an acceptance of this agreement and the terms herein. By booking online, you are expressly indicating that you consent to these terms and conditions, and are bounded by the electronic version of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without notice.
Payment: Credit Card Use
Payment for bookings or purchases on the website indicates that you legally authorize the use of your credit card or other payment cards for the proposed transaction. It indicates that you fully understand this agreement. Jolly Beach Resort & Spa accepts no liability for any damages resulting from you using your credit card on the website.
Errors
If an error is made while making an online bookings or purchases, simply click the back button on your browser and resubmit the correct information. If you receive incorrect information from us in your confirmation notice, please contact us immediately at reservations@jollybeachresort.com.
Cancellations
If your online booking relates to the provision of accommodation by Jolly Beach Resort & Spa, you must honor your reservation. Full details of our cancellation policy are contained below under “The Booking Process”. All cancellations MUST be processed through reservations@jollybeachresort.com.
Third Party Website
Jolly Beach Resort & Spa’s website displays direct and indirect links of other third party websites. Jolly Beach Resort & Spa accepts no responsibility and takes no liability for the content of third party Websites.
The Booking Process:
After confirmation of booking, your credit card will be charged as follows:
Winter Periods: Dec 21 to Apr 15: Advance deposit of three (3) night accommodation will be charged to your credit card or other payment card.
Summer Periods: Apr 16 to Dec 20: Advance deposit of one (1) night accommodation will be charged to your credit card or other payment card.
You will be responsible for paying any remaining payments in full upon check-in and any supplemental charges upon leaving the Jolly Beach Resort & Spa property.
No Show Policy
When making a booking you accept the “no-show-policy”. If you fail to inform Jolly Beach Resort & Spa of any cancellation within seven (7) days of arrival you will be charged a three (3) night penalty. Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged a 100% penalty of the accommodation charge.
To prove that the cancellation within the specified time, you must keep the copy of the cancellation notice with your confirmation number for a period of 7 days and forward it to Jolly Beach Resort & Spa on request.
For all additional services – charges of the reservation, any amendments, special request like handicapped facilities and others – the terms and conditions shall apply. Jolly Beach Resort & Spa is not liable for any or their consequences.
Your Responsibilities
You warrant to Jolly Beach Resort & Spa the following:
- You are fully aware and legally entitled to enter into this agreement.
- You have full authority to execute this agreement
- You are over the age of 18 years
- All details provided by you to Jolly Beach Resort & Spa are accurate and you will not take steps to conceal your identity from Jolly Beach Resort & Spa by using pseudonyms, false address or taking technical steps to conceal your identity or address.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse to provide or to suspend and or to terminate a person’s use of the Website at our absolute discretion and with no obligation to provide that person with any reason for doing so.
